We aim to ensure customer satisfaction for all products
purchased from Maxim Organics.

Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are available for:

  • Damaged
    or defective products
  • Incorrect
    items delivered
  • Missing
    quantities

Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery,
with photo/video evidence.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change
    of mind after delivery
  • Delayed
    reporting (after 24 hours)
  • Damage
    caused by customer
  • Perishable
    items that have naturally deteriorated

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via:

    transfer
  • Store
    credit

Processing time: 3–5 working days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once
dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Replacement

Valid complaints may be resolved with replacement or
partial refund, depending on the situation.
