We aim to ensure customer satisfaction for all products
purchased from Maxim Organics.
Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are available for:
- Damaged
or defective products - Incorrect
items delivered - Missing
quantities
Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery,
with photo/video evidence.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change
of mind after delivery - Delayed
reporting (after 24 hours) - Damage
caused by customer - Perishable
items that have naturally deteriorated
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via:
- Bank
transfer - Store
credit
Processing time: 3–5 working days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once
dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Replacement
Valid complaints may be resolved with replacement or
partial refund, depending on the situation.
